• Composed of a delicious Joconde biscuit and a sponge soaked in a berry syrup for the structure and texture. The syrup has an intense flavor coming from Joseph Cartron's products, bringing a unique taste to the table.
• A creamy vanilla mousse made with Madagascar vanilla beans, offering a delicate, fragrant sweetness and fresh raspberries topped over the middle of the cake.
• A thin layer of crunchy base under the cake adding an extra texture.
• Garnished with a raspberry chantilly infused with fresh raspberries, adding a natural color into it and a fruity, tangy touch.
