  • We do not offer refunds for any order cancelled or change of mind within 48 hours of the scheduled pick‑up time.

  • Special orders made on request are non‑refundable, regardless of the notice period.

  • Changes are not guaranteed and depend on our production schedule and ingredient availability.

  • Additional charges may apply depending on the change requested.
