1. Damage & Responsibility Policy

  • Each cake is shown to the customer at the time of pick‑up to ensure it is in perfect condition.

  • Once the cake has left our shop, we can not be held responsible for any damage, including issues caused by transport, heat, or improper handling.

  • We strongly recommend transporting your cake carefully and keeping it refrigerated as soon as possible. 

2. Transport & Coolbags

  • We highly recommend bringing your own coolbag to ensure safe transport, especially in warm weather.

  • Coolbags are available for purchase in-store, while stocks last.

  • Please note that we currently offer only one size, which is not large enough for our bigger cakes (from 8‑pax sizes and above).

3. General Informations

We operate exclusively on a click‑and‑collect system, at the moment, for all our cakes, with pre‑orders placed through our website. Orders can be made up until 5:00 p.m. the day before, depending on the options available online, for next‑day pick‑up starting from 8:00 a.m.

If the website does not allow you to place an order for the following day, please refer to the banner displayed on our website for more information. This usually means that we have reached our production capacity, or that we are closed for some reasons.

Please note that we are regularly fully booked on weekends due to a high volume of orders. It is therefore highly recommended to place your order as early as possible to secure your request.

We also encourage you to check our updated opening hours on Google, including any special hours or changes.

4. Late pick up

We understand that delays can happen due to traffic or unexpected circumstances on the road. However, it is important that you inform us in real time if you are running late, so we can assess whether we are able to adjust and take the necessary precautions.

Please note that if you arrive after our shop’s closing time, we cannot guarantee that a team member will still be on-site to hand over your order. Our staff must leave once the shop is closed, and we are unable to remain available beyond our official opening hours for late pick‑ups.
