Description :

• Made of a crunchy tart shell, with a thin layer of almond cream as a base.
• A layer of sponge, soaked with a berry syrup is placed in the middle inside, to bring an extra texture. A thin layer of strawberry confit gel is enhancing the flavour of strawberries under the sponge.
• We have designed the best diplomate mousse made with pure vanille bean from Madagascar to elevate this classic to an exquisite dessert. 

This strawberry tart is not only delicious but also visually appealing, making it a perfect choice for special occasions.
