• Made of a crunchy tart shell, with a thin layer of almond cream as a base.
• A layer of sponge, soaked with a berry syrup is placed in the middle inside, to bring an extra texture. A thin layer of raspberry confit gel is enhancing the flavour of raspberries under the sponge.
• We have designed the best diplomate mousse made with pure vanille bean from Madagascar to elevate this classic to an exquisite dessert.
